Once you buy your storage someone will contact you to arrange delivery via email.
Once your box is ready you can arrange collection via email.

This is because we cannot guarantee the quality or safety of your items in sub par boxes. We supply and ship you boxes for free when you book your storage, so don’t worry!
When you are ready to have your stuff back just let us know!
We will contact you to arrange return delivery. We will need a few days to ensure that your delivery can be made properly.
Need your stuff back in a rush? Contact us and we will see what we can do for you! There may be an express delivery charge.
Please make sure to give us 3 working days advanced notice to rearrange the delivery or collection or we cannot guarantee the date you may want.
If you want to cancel your box redelivery and continue to store then please contact us 3 days before your delivery is scheduled.
Please always inform us if for some reason you cannot be there on the day of delivery. If you are not home when the delivery is made we will contact you to rearrange a delivery, and there will then be a delivery charge for this.
If you aren’t home when our deliveries are made we will attempt to contact you. If no one can be reached then you will have to arrange a new delivery date.
We can’t wait around unfortunately, we have boxes to deliver! There will be a charge of £25 for the re-arranged delivery.
We collect from all across England and Wales. At the moment we do NOT collect from other parts of the UK.
Please make sure all your boxes are securely sealed and easily available for us (outside) when your box collection arrives. We will then take those boxes and load them up!
We can deliver to where ever you need in England!
Change of address is subject to a surcharge depending on the new destination.
Please make sure you let us know when booking delivery if there is nowhere direct to park, such as if you live on a main road with no loading bays.
We do our best to make sure our customers are happy, so help us to help you!
Our drivers are well trained but if a ticket occurs when delivering to your address you may be liable for the charges, depending on the situation.
